PS3uKey Tool Not Finding dongle

I plug it into the pc holding the rest button, like the guide says but when I click Find PS3ukey, I get this error message:

I'm guessing the VendorID 0x and the ProductID 0x are pre-labeled incorrectly (that or the dongle is broken, in which case I'll be asking for a refund) or that there may some other preliminary settings that need correcting for the dongle to be detected.

Ok, I fixed it. Apparently, there was kind of access problem between the dongle and windows so fortunately, windows being the idiot that it is, can't block a program from access if it's opened more than once.

I opened up the PS3ukey_update program twice and the second one was able to gain access and flash the dongle.
